By booking a workshop, you agree to these terms:
Booking and Payment
Order Process: Website bookings are an "invitation to treat," and the contract is formed upon booking confirmation.
Payment: Full payment is required at booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

More than 14 days notice: Due to being a small business cancellations are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 14 days before the workshop date. You may transfer your booking to a future workshop (subject to availability) or you are welcome to send a friend in your place. Please email us their name and contact details prior to the workshop.

Less than 14 days notice: Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop date are non-refundable. However, we understand emergencies happen; you are welcome to send a friend in your place. Please email us their name and contact details prior to the workshop.

No-shows: No-shows will not receive a refund or a transfer.
Workshop Content and Changes
I reserve the right to change the venue, instructor, or content, but promise to notify clients.
Ensure services match the description on your site.
Participant Requirements & Safety
Health and Safety: Participants must comply with venue rules.
Liability for Damage: Participants are liable for damage caused to the venue.
Personal Belongings: You accept no liability for theft or damage to personal items.
All workshop materials (handouts) remain my property and cannot be reproduced for commercial use.
Liability Limitations
I exclude liability for indirect losses, such as travel or accommodation costs, if a workshop is cancelled.
